Have a cash cow business and a moonshot. Keep one foot grounded. And one chasing greatness.
Ride the wave of history. Look for fundamental change: AI, blockchain, energy, biotech. Don't be too early. Be early enough.
Focus is your superpower. You'll have a hundred ideas. But pick one. Aim like a sniper with a rifle. Not a shotgun. Hunt big game. Build something that scales.
Find mentors. People who've done what you want to do. Learn from their scars.
And when everyone panics, stay calm. The best opportunities always show up when others are running scared.
Action is the difference. Everyone has ideas. Few execute. Entrepreneurs do. Cowboys do.
The world is changing fast. Own something. Build something. Free yourself.
No one's coming. But you have everything you need. Now build.
